Refund Policy

We want you to be confident buying from EAA Scanner. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund.

1. EU 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the order date without giving any reason, subject to the conditions below.

Note on digital content:By clicking “Get My Report” and completing checkout, you consent to the immediate delivery of the digital report and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires upon delivery. However, we honour refund requests within 14 days regardless — see section 2.

2. Our refund guarantee

  • Report not delivered: Full automatic refund. If you paid and did not receive your report within 2 hours, contact us and we will refund immediately.
  • Technical failure: If the scan failed to run (empty report, server error, 0 pages scanned), full refund, no questions asked.
  • Dissatisfied with content: Contact us within 14 days of delivery at refunds@eaascanner.com. We will review and offer a refund or re-scan if the report was clearly defective.

3. What we cannot refund

  • Requests made more than 14 days after delivery (unless there was a technical failure we did not resolve)
  • Dissatisfaction with the number of findings (fewer findings than expected does not mean a failed scan — your site may have fewer issues)

4. How to request a refund

Email refunds@eaascanner.com with your order ID (from your confirmation email). We respond within 1 business day. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Dodo Payments, typically within 5–10 business days.

5. Monitoring subscriptions

Monthly monitoring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days in the current billing cycle.
